$ mkdir -p flask/reddit-oauth2/
$ cd flask/reddit-oauth2/
$ python3 -m venv flask-venv

Install Flask

$ cd /opt/cryptopunk/flask/reddit-oauth2
$ source flask-venv/bin/activate
