Boiled Eggs

Bring water to rolling boil, pierce the big end, drop egg in for X minutes, keep water boiling, move egg to ice water bath for 30 seconds, crack the big end, put back in the ice water.
- X = 10 minutes: white nicely solid, yolk firm on the outside, still dark orange on the inside but mostly firm. No green.
