Ingredients
- 100g ground coffee
- quart mason jar
Put coffee in mason jar, top with water, cover and let stand overnight. Pour off the coffee while leaving the grounds in the jar. Do it a couple times, letting it settle in between. Leave the angel's share behind to prevent the finest coffee dust from hitching a ride with the last bit of liquid while pouring.
