- 1.5c water
- 1c splenda
- 1c dutched cocoa
Simmer for 15 minutes while whisking constantly. It will thicken and become glossy with a perfectly smooth texture. while (! thickened) { simmer and whisk 5 more minutes; }
Refrigerate.
