• Diagnose / Repair / Replace Hot Water Tank
• Install 5 Quarter Turn Supply Valves
• Tighten / Adjust Fixtures in Kitchen

  • Sanitize Tank
  • Replace Filters for Stages 1 - 3 (Sediment & 2 Activated Carbon)
  • Test TBD for stages 5 and 6 (1 Horizontal Activated Carbon, One Pentair GRO-50EN RO Membrane)
• Install Quarter Turn Hose Bibb & Backflow Preventer

Open Question: Should I pick up the parts at Home Depot or can the plumber supply them cheaper?

Kitchen

• Reverse Osmosis System Maintenance
• Tighten Drinking Water Faucet
• Tighten Main Faucet
• Adjust Weighted Pull-Out Hose on Main Faucet
• Replace Sink Hot Supply Valve with 1/4 Turn Valve

Utility Room

• Inspect and Repair or Replace Hot Water Tank

  • A couple days ago it stopped producing any hot water at all.
  • It once had pretty bad mineral buildup. When I had the heating elements cleaned I added a water softener, but the plumber said the buildup was bad - not sure if that suggests it may have contributed to this failure.

Guest Bath

• Replace Sink Hot Supply Valve with Quarter Turn
• Replace Toilet Supply Valve with Quarter Turn

Master Bath

• Install Quarter Turn Supply Valve on Left Sink Hot Supply
• Install Quarter Turn Supply Valve on Toilet

Patio

• Install Quarter Turn Hose Bibb
