Ingredients

Makes one steak worth of sauce:

  • 1 T butter
  • 1/4 c chopped onions
  • 1/4 c sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 t flour
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 c diced mango
  • 1 t worcestershire
  • 1 t dijon mustard
  • 2 t water
  • dash cayenne

Recipe

  1. saute onions and mushrooms in butter till onions are translucent
  2. add the garlic and flour and saute until starting to brown
  3. add the mango and saute until soft and starting to brown
  4. mix the worcestershire, water, and dijon together in a prep bowl
  5. add a bit of the liquid at a time until desired thickness / taste
  6. add more water if the taste is right but it's too thick
  7. cayenne to taste
