Ingredients
Makes one steak worth of sauce:
- 1 T butter
- 1/4 c chopped onions
- 1/4 c sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 t flour
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 c diced mango
- 1 t worcestershire
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 2 t water
- dash cayenne
Recipe
- saute onions and mushrooms in butter till onions are translucent
- add the garlic and flour and saute until starting to brown
- add the mango and saute until soft and starting to brown
- mix the worcestershire, water, and dijon together in a prep bowl
- add a bit of the liquid at a time until desired thickness / taste
- add more water if the taste is right but it's too thick
- cayenne to taste
