Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fruit
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Make the fruit into pieces the size of blueberries.
  2. Put the fruit in a saucepan and add water to almost cover the fruit.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. While you wait for the boil, put the corn starch in a glass with some cold water and stir it up.
  5. Once boiling, add everything except the corn starch mix
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Slowly add corn starch while stirring
  8. Simmer until desired thickness
