  • 1 cup all purpose flour (sifted)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
