I could not get these to turn out very good, and even with substitutions like sucralose they're still pretty unhealthy.
Ingredients
- 1.25 Cups Cocoa Powder
- 1.75 Cups Granulated Sweetener
- 0.5 Tablespoon Molasses
- 0.5 Cups Flour
- 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 Cups Peanut Butter
- 0.25 Cups Peanut Oil
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 Large Eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Beat eggs to emulsion.
- Stir in mixed dry ingredients.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Stir in molasses.
- Slowly stir in oil.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Shortening the middle-sized pyrex pan.
- Put a sheet of parchment with the edges hanging out into the pan (acts as a sling to remove the brownies).
- Pour in batter
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Let rest outside of the oven for 15 minutes.
- Cook for 30 minutes (internal temp 195).
- Cool for 30 minutes.
- Sling out onto a cooling rack.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice and store.
