I could not get these to turn out very good, and even with substitutions like sucralose they're still pretty unhealthy.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 Cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1.75 Cups Granulated Sweetener
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Molasses
  • 0.5 Cups Flour
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 0.25 Cups Peanut Oil
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 Large Eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Beat eggs to emulsion.
  4. Stir in mixed dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Stir in molasses.
  7. Slowly stir in oil.
  8. Stir in peanut butter.
  9. Shortening the middle-sized pyrex pan.
  10. Put a sheet of parchment with the edges hanging out into the pan (acts as a sling to remove the brownies).
  11. Pour in batter
  12. Cook for 15 minutes.
  13. Let rest outside of the oven for 15 minutes.
  14. Cook for 30 minutes (internal temp 195).
  15. Cool for 30 minutes.
  16. Sling out onto a cooling rack.
  17. Cool for 10 minutes.
  18. Slice and store.
